Here is a more offical test of your chronotype and you can check if/how you build up sleep deficits and balance them. So by now Rik is notorious for being a night owl, but let’s just test ourselves. Why don’t you share your test result in the comments?

  1. According to the test I am the “Normal” type (left of the two green columns) and I have a weekday sleep debt of 31 to 60 minutes. How nice to be normal for once 😉
